This whole global warming thing reminds me of the old saw: Everything old is new again. I remember when I was in high school and there was a huge "earth movement". Earth day, ring a bell? I don't want the earth to die, I want to grow trees, breathe clean air, drink clean water; who doesn't? But I don't buy the whole man-made global warming deal.
When we were in school back then the imminent catastrophe was global cooling and the triggering of a new ice age because pollutants and carbon dioxide were going to block too much sunlight and then cool the planet. Same cause as now but opposite effect.
